1. Channel listings / packages and prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Any a-la-carte channels chosen have to be selected for minimum period of 3 months.
3. If you create your own package from the a-la-carte selection, the minimum billing will be rs.160/- p.m. plus applicable taxes. St
4. A-la-carte channels once activated and cancelled, no prorate refund is applicable.
5. You shall be entitled to only those discounts, credits or refunds as expressly authorized by us
6. Upon required notice to you, we reserve the right, at any time, without liability to you to:
   1. (i) replace or otherwise withdraw packages or content,
   1. (ii) change or reduce the number of hours of any content;
   1. (iii) blackout any content;
   1. (iv) modify the prices for the service or any part of the service.
7. We reserve the right to change packaging and introduce popular and optional packages and/or offer channels on an a-la-carte basis.
8. Optional packages, a-la-carte channels need to be subscribed to separately. If your subscription has been deactivated or cancelled, you shall not be eligible to avail of optional packages and a-la-carte channels too.
9. You acknowledge and agree that the content provided by us as part of the service is being provided
10. Den satellite shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network and/or the charges that may be payable by the subscriber to any network operator. Any dispute in connection with the same should be settled between the eligible subscribers and the network operator without involving Den New Broad Communications.
11. Den New Broad Communications will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the subscribers if they are  not able to view the channels due to a force majeure event including without limitation for reasons beyond the reasonable control  such as war, natural calamities, floods, failure of network, satellite technology failure etc.
